CAPABILITIES

RAPID PROTOTYPING

One part, cut fast, with no tooling package and no production programming cycle. Conversational CNC and manual expertise get a prototype in your hands so you can find out what's wrong while it's still cheap to change.

THE APPROACH

ITERATE ON METAL, NOT ON PAPER

A design looks finished on screen and reveals its problems in your hand. Rapid prototyping shortens the loop between the two — a real machined part, fast, so the fit issue or the interference shows up now, at prototype cost, instead of after you've committed a production program to it.

  • Conversational CNC for fast one-off programming

  • Manual milling and turning for adaptive setups

  • No tooling package required for a single part

  • Owner reads the print before you get a number

  • A straight path to production in the same shop once it's proven

THE WORK

WHAT WE PROTOTYPE FAST

Four things people bring us at the front of a program.

01

PROOF PARTS

A single machined part to drop into the assembly and test — so the problem shows up now, not after a production run is committed.

02

FIRST ARTICLES

Dustin reviews critical first-article setups himself. You learn whether the design actually machines before you build a program around it.

03

DESIGN ITERATIONS

Change it, cut it again, check it again. Conversational CNC keeps each turn of the loop short instead of re-programming from scratch.

04

PART FROM A SAMPLE

No model? Bring the physical part — we measure it, model it, and prototype from it.

THE QUOTE

THE OWNER READS THE PRINT

Fast only helps if it's fast in the right direction. Your print doesn't sit in a queue for an estimator — Dustin reads it and tells you straight whether the design machines, what it'll take, and whether there's a smarter way to build it. The speed starts at the quote.

  • Owner-level review on the print before you get a number

  • A straight answer, fast, if the design needs a rethink

  • Owner-level review on critical first-article setups

  • Same shop takes it to production once it's proven

QUESTIONS

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM PROTOTYPE CNC MACHINING?

Same capability, framed for speed. Rapid prototyping is about shortening the loop — cut a part fast, test it, iterate — using conversational CNC and manual work so a single part doesn't carry production overhead.

HOW FAST CAN I GET A PART?

It depends on the part and what's on the floor, so we won't invent a number. Send the print and you'll get a real lead time, not an optimistic one.

DO I NEED TOOLING TO GET ONE PART?

Usually not. Conversational CNC and the manual department are built for single parts. If a job genuinely needs a fixture, we'll tell you why before we build it.

IF IT WORKS, CAN YOU RUN PRODUCTION?

Yes, in the same building with the same people — so you prove it here and scale it here, without re-qualifying a new supplier.

NEXT STEP

GOT A DESIGN TO PROVE OUT?

Send the print, the model, or the part itself. You'll get a straight answer on whether we can make it, what it takes, and how long it runs.
