CUSTOM TOOLING & FIXTURING

Completed tooling packages and mechanical fixtures — designed, built, and checked at the interfaces here, so they drop into your line and work. Not a box of loose parts for you to figure out.

THE APPROACH

A FINISHED PACKAGE, NOT A PARTS LIST

Plenty of shops will machine the pieces of a fixture and ship them to you in a bag. We build the whole thing — machined, welded, assembled, and interface-checked — so what arrives is a working tool, not an afternoon of assembly and a guess about whether it fits.

  • Complete tooling packages built and assembled in-house

  • Mechanical fixtures designed around your part and process

  • Critical interfaces verified before the tool ships

  • Machining, welding, and assembly all under one roof

  • Reverse engineering when you need a tool rebuilt with no drawings

THE BUILD

WHAT GOES INTO A TOOL

Tooling pulls from every department at once — which is exactly why building it in one shop beats sourcing it in pieces.

THE WORK

TOOLING WE BUILD

Four kinds of tooling and fixture work move through the department.

01

WORKHOLDING FIXTURES

Fixtures built around your specific part and setup, so a production run holds position and repeats instead of fighting the operator on every cycle.

02

TOOLING PACKAGES

Complete, assembled tooling delivered ready to use. We handle the machining, the welding, and the fit-up so you handle the job it's for.

03

INTERFACE VERIFICATION

Critical mating surfaces get checked here before the tool leaves. Flawless field integration isn't a hope — it's the last step before the box.

04

REBUILD & REVERSE ENGINEER

Worn or discontinued tooling with no drawings? We measure what you've got, model it, and build it again.

QUALITY

THE INTERFACES GET CHECKED HERE

A tool that's a thousandth off at the interface is a problem you discover on your floor, at the worst possible time. So we verify the critical mating surfaces in our inspection department before the tool ships — the fit is confirmed here, not on your line.

  • Critical interfaces verified before shipment

  • CMM inspection for tight-tolerance validation

  • Completed assemblies, not loose components

  • Owner-level review on critical first-article tooling

QUESTIONS

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

DO YOU DELIVER ASSEMBLED TOOLING OR JUST THE PARTS?

Assembled. We deliver completed tooling packages and mechanical fixtures — machined, welded, assembled, and interface-checked — not a box of loose parts for you to fit up.

CAN YOU BUILD A FIXTURE FOR MY SPECIFIC PART?

Yes. Fixtures are built around your part and process, so a run holds position and repeats. Send the part or the print and we'll design around it.

DO YOU VERIFY THAT THE TOOLING ACTUALLY FITS?

Yes. Critical interfaces get checked in our inspection department before the tool ships, so field integration works the first time instead of becoming your problem.

CAN YOU REBUILD TOOLING WE NO LONGER HAVE DRAWINGS FOR?

Yes. Bring us the worn or discontinued tool — we'll measure it, model it, and build it again. No documentation required.

DO YOU MACHINE AND WELD THE TOOLING IN THE SAME PLACE?

Yes, same building. Machining, welding, and assembly are steps apart, not vendors apart, which is what lets us deliver a finished, checked tool.

NEXT STEP

NEED A TOOL THAT WORKS?

Print, model, or the actual part — however you've got it, send it over. You'll get a straight answer on whether we can make it, what it takes, and how long it runs.
